Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation of your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or by telephone. We cannot accept any cancellation after the goods have been dispatched. In addition, we can not accept your cancellation if it has already been prepared for dispatch, even before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is not what you ordered, or is damaged, stained or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges more than 7 days after receipt of the goods.
Please note that you may be asked to provide a photographic record of the situation in order for us to check the status. In the case of an exchange, we will only resend the replacement item once we have received it.
In the event that a replacement product is not available, it will be refunded or replaced by a product of equivalent value.
If the situation cannot be ascertained due to the fact that the original bottle has been opened, drunk or disposed of, it is not possible to return or exchange the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in cases where there is no quality problem such as "I don't like the taste", "I ordered the wrong thing", "I stored it on its side and the contents spilled", or any other reason where the customer is at fault.
Special return case
In the event that an item is returned to us after it has been dispatched due to the customer being absent for an extended period of time or refusing to receive it, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of the return journey and, depending on the circumstances, the price of the item.
